We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LS Design Store. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our return policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

**Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and personal care items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
